It's finally February!!
That means warmer weather and sunnier days are right around the corner, correct? At least that is what I tell myself. January is a DRAG!
A lot of photography conventions happen around this time of year (slower season) and although I've only signed up for one so far in 2023 it's one of my favorites! Professional Photographers of Iowa's Winter Convention starts this Friday and I am really looking forward to participating in print competition, attending a pre-con conference class with David Beckham (NOT the soccer player - a kick-ass senior photographer), attending the convention featuring so many wonderful speakers, attending the banquet and celebrating my fellow photographer's successes, talking shop, and just having a wonderful time!
Hopefully I'll come back refreshed and with some new ideas!
